Refund policy

Returns, Damage, or Missing Items or Orders
We do not accept returns.

If items in your order arrived damaged or part of your order is missing, please email hello@melandrel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your entire order is missing, please wait at least 24 hours after the order tracking is marked as delivered, as sometimes delivery dates are marked early. If you still have not received your order, please email hello@melandrel.com.

For damaged or missing wholesale orders, please email any questions to wholesale@melandrel.com. We ask all reports be made within 7 days of expected delivery.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For orders placed outside of this website (e.g. Faire, Bulletin, Etsy), all third-party order policies will apply in place of the policies outlined above.


Refunds
For any order eligible for a refund, we will assess and notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
