Mel Andrel launched in 2022 with a tomato-shaped sticky note I made in memory of my Nana. What started as a tiny operation in a basement apartment has grown into a full collection of functional, artful objects designed to make everyday moments a little more delightful β€” all built on one question: what if feeding each other went beyond the dinner table?

Every product begins as a hand-drawn illustration in our New York studio and is made to live on your table or desk β€” to be used, admired, and proudly displayed.

After stepping away from the traditional 9 to 5, Mel set out to craft a path that better suited their own needs and the way they worked best.

Their journey started with a love for the little details, the intersection of creativity and practicality, and inspiring others to unlock their creative potential.

Mel Andrel launched their first stationery collection in 2022 from their tiny basement apartment in Portland, Maine, after years of client work as a graphic designer. Shortly after, their brand quickly expanded from art prints to stationery and home goods.

Today, the line has been carried in over 500 stores worldwide and featured in institutions like the New York Botanical Garden, Museum of Design Atlanta, and iconic stores like Anthropologie, Nooworks, and Big Night.
