Order Fulfillment / Part Time Studio Assistant (Kingston, NY)
Starts early May
We're moving into a new studio in May and need an extra set of hands to help us get settled and keep things running smoothly.
This role is split between order fulfillment — packing and shipping wholesale and direct customer orders carefully and efficiently — and general studio support, which might look like organizing inventory, sleeving greeting cards, or whatever the week calls for.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Are detail-oriented and take pride in doing small things well
- Work efficiently independently and with a small team
- Enjoy hands-on, behind-the-scenes work that keeps a small business running
What you’ll do:
- Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale and direct-to-customer orders accurately
- Create shipping labels and update order information in Shopify
- Assist with light production tasks (like sleeving greeting cards)
- Help support inventory organization and counting as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Weekday availability between 9am-5pm
- Genuine enthusiasm for small business operations
- Experience with Shopify or Faire is a strong plus
- Interest in our storefront operations is a bonus, but not required
This is a flexible, contracted role with the potential to transition into part-time employment after 90 days.
Hours: 5-10/week
Pay: $19.50/hour

Retail Sales Associate / tutti (Kingston, NY)
Starts Summer 2026
tutti is our first brick-and-mortar shop, opening in Kingston, NY July 2026. We're looking for a retail associate who's excited to be on the floor — welcoming people, keeping the space looking great, and who genuinely cares about the customer experience.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have an eye for design
- Love talking to people about beautiful things
- Can hold down the shop with confidence
- Enjoy hands-on, behind-the-scenes work that keeps a small business running
What you’ll do:
- Light merchandising and restocking
- Transacting purchases & assisting customers
- Downtime tasks such as stamping bags, sleeving cards, etc.
- Maintaining a tidy & attractive space
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in retail or hospitality
- Weekday availability between 11am-5pm
- Weekend availability between 11am-5pm
- Genuine enthusiasm for small business operations
- Familiarity with Shopify or Faire is a strong plus
This is a part-time contract role to start, with the potential to grow with the shop. Kingston-based or able to get there. Starting early July.
Pay: $18/hour

Booth Support / Stationery Fest (NYC)
July 30th, 31st, and August 1st
We'll be at Stationery Fest in New York City July 30–August 1 and we're looking for one person to help us run the booth. That means assisting customers, keeping the display stocked and looking good, and generally making the weekend feel easy and fun.
You might be a great fit if you are:
- Based in or near NYC
- Comfortable working independently in a busy event environment
- Genuinely excited about stationery
- Familiar with POS systems like Shopify
What we’re looking for:
- Availability July 30-August 1st between 9-6p
- Experience at markets or pop-ups
This is a paid, short-term contract for the three days of the festival.
